Jamaican-born reggae artist Ras Midas has found a home in Santa Cruz
Among the many Santa Cruzes in the world is a town in southwestern Jamaica, close to the ocean, adjacent to rich agricultural lands and at the foot of the rugged Santa Cruz Mountains.
When reggae singer Ras Midas came back to Jamaica after the first visit to the Santa Cruz he now calls home, he couldn’t quite believe the parallels.

Having lived on the other side of the island before migrating I haven’t had much chance to visit Santa Cruz. Recently on my visit to the island I went through Santa Cruz I still find it as delightful as before. It seems to have weathered the stoms. It is a great place to vist from authentic Jamaican feel
