Red Stripe says sorry

Red Stripe says sorry

Local giant brewers Red Stripe have apologised for the publication of offensive remarks in a magazine promoting the company’s Red Hot Summer promotion.

The magazine lists the publisher as Robinson Entertainment Media. The offensive paragraph appears in a section describing the differences between all-inclusive and regular parties and states, under the all-inclusive section, “if you’re (sic) family is predominantly black you could get lucky and find a mate at the party, and your kids would end up mixed/light skin-did” (sic).

this is atrocious. These publishers should apologise to the public and Red stripe should be careful who they hire to do work on their behalf. any thing done or owned by robinson entertainment should be boygotted.

Red stripe as a international country should be ashamed of themselves. The department who was responsable for putting this out should be fired for negligence. obviously no thought was put into which publishers was hired for the job, as an experienced marketing manager or publishing company would know that articles should never be offensive to race especially when it represents a major company as red stripe. Shame on you guys.
