To find Ziggy Marley’s new CD, aim for the big red bull’s-eye. In an exclusive distribution deal, Marley’s second solo album, “Love Is My Religion,†will be sold only at Target stores. The CD, which will be released July 4 and sell for $9.99, marks the first time Target will be the sole retailer for a recording artist. “Love Is My Religion†won’t made available to other retail outlets for a year.
